Executive Director

Devin Beasley is the Executive Director of the Recreational Properties Advisors Team at Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in storage facility acquisitions, dispositions, and transaction management. Since joining the firm in 2017, he has closed nearly $1 billion in storage deals across the U.S.

With a master’s in real estate development from ASU’s W.P. Carey School of Business, Devin brings sharp market insight, strong negotiation skills, and a results-driven approach. His deep network and marketing expertise allow him to uncover off-market opportunities and guide clients through complex transactions with confidence.

Colin Peevy is an Associate with Cushman & Wakefield’s Recreational Property Advisors (RPA) team, where he supports clients across the RV & Boat Storage, marina, RV park/resort, and outdoor hospitality sectors. Colin brings a strong foundation in client service, operational coordination, and process-driven execution, skills that enhance the team’s ability to deliver high-level advisory and brokerage services.

Known for his organization, reliability, and clear communication style, Colin excels at managing complex workflows, coordinating transactions, and supporting data-driven decision-making. His background in client-facing roles has shaped his ability to anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and create smooth experiences for buyers, sellers, and internal stakeholders alike.

Colin contributes across multiple facets of the brokerage process, including market research, client outreach, underwriting preparation, marketing coordination, and transaction support. His focus, adaptability, and commitment to accuracy allow him to bring structure and efficiency to every assignment.

Brokerage Specialist

With a decade of commercial real estate experience, Kim is a licensed Broker and Brokerage Specialist on the Recreational Property Advisors Team at Cushman & Wakefield. Since 2013, she has built a well-rounded skill set in marketing, transaction management, brand development, and client relations.

She briefly stepped away to serve as Operations Manager at a local boutique brokerage, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Now back at Cushman & Wakefield, Kim leads efforts in marketing coordination, due diligence, research, and daily operations for the team.

Known for her precision, collaborative spirit, and client-first approach, Kim brings a passion for real estate and a commitment to delivering exceptional service across every project.
